Welcome to dA :)

Hi, thanks for the friendly welcome.

Just wondering if you could take a look at some of my deviations. Ive discovered what HDR is from following some of your work. I noticed you mentioned it a few times and looked it up. I've done a couple from photos I happened to have on my computer! They werent taken with the intention of creating HDRs but I don't think they're too bad. If you get time fancy checking it out, maybe leaving some constructive criticism?! :P

Cheers

Michael

I have just had a quick look and I will go back for another :)

Don't make the mistake I and many others made when first stepping into HDR and make your images too harsh, HDR is not the be all and end all, use it as a basis but combine it with CS3 and Lightroom, if someone has to ask if its HDR you have it right ;)

Thanks for taking the time to have a look. Thats pretty good advice! I'm honestly only just starting to understand photography so jumping into HDR full on right now might be taking a bit too much on board all at once! By the way "losing myself" just off the main street in chester, right?! looks familiar is all!

It is, a lot of my newer shots have been in Chester :)

If you go for HDR now you will master it a lot quicker than getting too bogged down in all there is to know about photography ;)
